On the morning of October 23, the signing ceremony for a partnership between Shuanghui Development and Feishu Technology took place in Luohe. The event saw the attendance of key figures including Shuanghui Development’s Chairman Wan Hongwei, President Ma Xiangjie, Party Secretary Du Junfu, Executive Vice President Liu Songtao, as well as Feishu’s CEO Xie Xin, General Manager of Consumer Health Industry Fu Xuedong, and Customer Success Leader Sun Zenan, among other management personnel. Over 300 attendees were present, including Shuanghui’s efficiency pioneers.
In recent years, in response to emerging challenges, Shuanghui’s founder, Wan Long, has advocated for a development strategy centered on “industrialization, diversification, internationalization, and digitalization.” To implement this digital strategy effectively, the management team formed the Shuanghui Digital Transformation Committee and established a Digital Transformation Office. They crafted a digital work policy focusing on “integrated connectivity, data lakes, unified platforms, AI empowerment, and collaborative office practices,” marking a new chapter in the company’s digital transformation journey.
During the event, Chairman Wan Hongwei encouraged all employees to adopt new concepts, harness new technologies, cultivate new habits, and embrace change. He emphasized the importance of integrating advanced features from Feishu—such as multi-dimensional spreadsheets, OKR management, data dashboards, corporate knowledge bases, and AI assistants—into daily work practices. He urged the workforce to use technology to enhance human capabilities, aiming for a smarter, more digitalized management approach that collectively fosters a bright future for Shuanghui’s digital development.
President Ma Xiangjie also addressed attendees, highlighting that through this collaboration, Shuanghui hopes to leverage Feishu’s tools to boost efficiency and optimize internal management processes to deliver superior products and services to consumers. He expressed a desire for future collaboration with Feishu to strengthen communication and teamwork as they embark on the first step of digital transformation.
Feishu CEO Xie Xin expressed gratitude for Shuanghui’s recognition and partnership. He stated, “Feishu, as a new-generation enterprise collaboration and management platform, is dedicated to helping advanced Chinese companies enhance their operational efficiency and process management. Shuanghui, being a leading company with global business operations, makes this partnership a powerful alliance.”
During the signing ceremony, Shuanghui’s Executive Vice President Liu Songtao and Feishu CEO Xie Xin officially signed the agreement, in the presence of the attendees.
To further promote the comprehensive implementation of the “Hui Work” collaborative office platform within the company, Shuanghui has also launched its inaugural Efficiency Pioneer Competition. The first phase will recruit 180 efficiency pioneers and aims to explore and implement at least 30 cost-reduction and efficiency-enhancing scenarios, paving the way for the gradual co-construction and exploration of AI projects.
